Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) is an anti-piracy system created by that enforces online validation of the licensing of several recent Microsoft Windows operating system when accessing several services, such as Windows update, and downloading Windows components from the Microsoft Download Center.
there are many ways to delete;
I will show you 2 ways;

1. Download " RemoveWGA 1.2 " This is the easiest way. After download, just RUN AND RESTART THE COUMPUTER.
RemoveWGA will enable you to easily remove the Microsoft "Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications" tool, which is calling home and connect to MS servers every time you boot.

2. Kill the process wgatray.exe in Windows TaskManager (Select it then right click and select End task) and restart Windows XP in safe mode. Now delete the following files:

Delete WgaTray.exe from c:\windowss\system32
Delete WgaTray.exe from c:\windows\system32\dllcache

Start Windows Registry editor and delete the folder "WGALOGON" located in the following location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WinlogonNotify.
Delete all references in your registry to WgaTray.exe (repeat search using F3 function key).
